Does a garden kitchen pod need planning permission?

Can a garden kitchen pod stay outside all year?

What size garden do I need for a kitchen pod?
The A-Mini needs just 2.20 m of width and fits down a standard side alley. The A-Plus and A-Pro need 2.85 m; the A-Ultra 3.50 m. All need a flat, level base and a power connection.
